FEILER-Chenille – a unique fabric
The velvet-like and soft chenille fabrics are made from woven ‘caterpillar’ yarn, which consists of pure cotton. A specialty of FEILER since its foundation is multicolored, patterned chenille fabrics and decorative chenille borders for terry towels. Characteristics: compared to terry velours there is no rear side, i.e. the velvety surface as well as the extraordinary designs and colour effects are identical on both sides. Genuine woven chenille has a highly resistant web and soft touch. The individual lines of ‘caterpillars’ clearly show the composition of the pattern. A cross-section view of the production of chenille shows that it is rather an elaborate process.

Chenille and terry products: Please choose a heavy-duty detergent and a washing temperature of 60°C to wash chenille and terry products. Tumble drying towels makes them particularly soft and fluffy! Avoid using a water-saving program, fabric softeners or optical brighteners.
